You will work closely with student leaders, clubs, and groups, coordinate listening hui and focus groups, and create opportunities for students to shape the programmes and initiatives that affect them.You'll also develop and deliver training, contribute to wellbeing communications and campaigns, undertake research into best practice, and evaluate programmes to ensure they are making a meaningful difference.This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys combining health promotion, project management, communications, training, research, and relationship building to create positive outcomes for young people.Key responsibilities include:Developing, planning, and delivering student wellbeing programmes, campaigns, events, activities, and resources.Coordinating student voice through focus groups, listening hui, student leaders, and student organisations.Developing and delivering wellbeing training and supporting student ambassadors to deliver training to their peers.Working collaboratively with Communications & Marketing to develop engaging and effective wellbeing communications.Researching best-practice approaches to student wellbeing and using evidence to inform programmes and messaging.Managing projects, budgets, risks, evaluations, and reporting to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.Building strong relationships with students, University teams, and external organisations to support successful wellbeing initiatives.Identifying opportunities to continuously improve programmes and enhance the student experience.This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role on a permanent basis.
