The Records Office has responsibility for maintaining and checking student records at the University of Auckland to allow students to complete their programmes and move on to graduate and providing official letters and transcripts to students and alumni of the University of Auckland.An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Student Records Coordinator for a fixed-term appointment within the Scholarships and Progression team. Student Records Coordinators have responsibility for maintaining accurate student academic records, checking student records for completeness, ensuring compliance with programme regulations, and producing official academic records and letters.
The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customers service by ensuring student records are accurate and up to date, resolving or escalating issues and be required to manage their workload to ensure activities are completed within specified timeframes in a high-volume transactional environment.This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
