You will work closely with academic and operational leaders to evolve platforms into competitive, industry-facing offerings that align with faculty priorities and maximise utilisation.Business Development: Drive proactive business development activity to identify and secure new industry partners across biotech, pharmaceutical, medtech and research sectors. You will generate and manage a strong commercial pipeline, lead end-to-end sales processes, and translate complex scientific capabilities into compelling value propositions that attract external clients and funding.Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from initial engagement through to delivery and invoicing. You will build and maintain long-term relationships, manage expectations, oversee service delivery with internal stakeholders, and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.Pricing & Sustainability: Design and refine pricing models and cost-recovery frameworks that ensure financial sustainability while remaining competitive in the market. Job DescriptionTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity The Human Health Research Coordinator (HHRC) is responsible for effectively coordinating human health research studies, collaborating closely with PIs, research nurses, midwives, and other research staff. The HHRC will ensure the delivery of project objectives by coordinating all aspects of human health research activity, monitoring timelines, regulatory compliance, and reporting to the Team Lead Human Health Research Coordinator. The HHRC will also provide research support, assisting with research methods, protocols, data acquisition, report generation, participant engagement, and other tasks related to the research.This role requires availability to work between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, with the remaining hours arranged flexibly across the week to align with participant availability and broader project needs.This is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week), fixed term (2 years) opportunity.The salary range for this role is $68,101 - $79,300 per annum pro-rated, depending on experience and qualifications.For more information, please view the position descriptionHe kōrero mōu | About youYou will bring experience coordinating or supporting human health research studies, with a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), research ethics, and data management.
