    Located in Ōtautahi | Christchurch, Aotearoa | New Zealand

    • 4 weeks annual leave +5 days university holidays
    • Generous superannuation provisions (up to 6.75% employer contribution)
    • Fixed-Term until 31 October 2027 position, 37.5 hours per week

    Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
    As UC Online Enrolment Support, you will provide proactive advice and support to prospective learners considering study through UC Online | Tuihono. Guiding learners through the application and enrolment process, providing accurate information on programme options, admission requirements, and academic pathways while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    You will work collaboratively with teams across UC Online, faculties, marketing, and academic services to support learner engagement, improve enrolment outcomes, and contribute to outreach initiatives. Maintaining accurate records, manage enrolment processes, and identify opportunities to enhance the learner journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

    Mōu | Who You Are
    You will be a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective learners, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will also be able to demonstrate experience in:

    • A minimum of 3 years’ customer facing experience, preferably in a similar role
    • Experience managing competing priorities, maintaining accurate records, and working to deadlines
    • Experience building effective relationships and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to Interpreting and communicating policies, procedures, and complex information clearly and effectively
    • Demonstrated experience using digital systems, databases, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms to support administrative processes
    • Experience of working with students in tertiary study is an advantage
    • Knowledge of University regulations, interpretation and application of policies and procedures is an advantage

    You will join UC Online | Tuihono and work alongside the UC Online Enrolment Advisor, Marketing Automation Specialist, Learner Experience team, faculty representatives, and wider marketing and academic teams. Together, you will support prospective learners and help create a seamless pathway into online study at UC.
