    Accommodation Services are currently recruiting for Residential Assistants (RAs) for 2027.

    Mō te tūka | The role

    As a Residential Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive residential community. You will provide peer support to fellow students, assist with student wellbeing and engagement, help coordinate events and activities, and contribute to a positive living and learning environment within university accommodation.

    We're looking for enthusiastic, approachable and reliable students who demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgement, and a genuine interest in supporting others.

    Applicants must be enrolled at Lincoln University and remain enrolled for the duration of the appointment.

    This is a fixed-term role for the duration of 2027 working 15 hours per week during term time. Remuneration is set at the living wage rate of $29.95/hr.
