    • Build positive relationships and deliver service with professionalism, empathy, and manaakitanga.
    • Investigate and resolve both enrolment and fee-related issues while ensuring appropriate compliance requirements are met.

    • Supporting domestic and international students, with knowledge of international student enrolment requirements and visa conditions being desirable.
    • Providing accurate enrolment and fee information and guidance to students, staff and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to work empathetically and professionally with people form diverse backgrounds and cultures.
    • Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, navigate complex situations and contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team.
    • An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
