The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
This is a full-time permanent role based at AUT’s City Campus. As the Research Examinations Coordinator in the Examinations team, you will be responsible for coordinating AUT’s research examination processes. A strong team player, you will thrive under pressure, managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to team goals. This role plays a key part in supporting our postgraduate research journey and involves close collaboration with various teams across the University. You’ll need to be adaptable, collaborative, and capable of integrating your responsibilities with the broader work of others to help achieve AUT’s strategic goals.
Success in this role requires not just strong administrative and technical skills, but also a sound understanding of the tertiary environment - particularly postgraduate research.

- Have previous experience and knowledge in tertiary education administration

- Hold a tertiary qualification
