    About the Role: 
    Are you passionate about food, coffee, and exceptional service? AUT operates six bustling food outlets across our City, South, and North Shore campuses, and we're looking for a dedicated Café Supervisor to lead our team at North Campus. You’ll ensure efficient guest services, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Ensure efficient delivery of guest services. 
    • Maintain high standards of food and beverage handling and presentation. 
    • Demonstrate proficiency in English, both oral and written. 
    • Exhibit strong self-management skills, including organisation and time management. 
    • Manage ordering for the café. 
    • Oversee store operations in conjunction with the Retail Manager. 
    • Assist in maximising productivity and profitability in the café. 
    • Support the Retail Manager in hiring, induction, training, and staff rostering. 
    • Lead by example, inspiring the team with a positive attitude and hands-on leadership.

    To be successful in this role, you will have: 

    • Minimum of two years' experience in café supervision. 
    • Proficiency in food and beverage handling and presentation. 
    • Experience with two and three-group coffee machines. 
    • Strong customer focus. 
    • Excellent command of the English language. 
    • Effective self-management skills, including organisation and time management.

    Salary Ranges | Ngā Utu: $63,483 - $67,781  per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
