    Coordinate accommodation bookings, admin, and customer service to deliver a smooth, high-quality student living experience.

    Mō te tūka | The role

    Based in our Accommodation Services team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless accommodation experience for students and guests. This is a varied position where you’ll coordinate applications, bookings, financial processes, and reporting, while providing outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day operations.

    You’ll be a central point of contact, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and contributing to a positive, welcoming student community.

    Some tasks of the role include:

    • Managing student accommodation applications, offers, and withdrawals
    • Coordinating arrival and departure processes for residents and guests
    • Responding to enquiries and maintaining accurate communication records
    • Producing reports and supporting financial processes (e.g. refunds, accounts)
    • Maintaining systems and acting as a subject matter expert (e.g. StarRez, CRM)
    • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external providers

    This permanent role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE). The salary for this position is $60,000–$68,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    You will bring:

    • Proven experience in administration and customer service (ideally 3+ years)
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
    • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively
    • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
    • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
    • Alignment with Manaakitaka and Lincoln University values.
