    Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

    Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is on the lookout for an Applications and Reporting Analyst who is ready to make an impact from day one. This is a fixed-term, full-time role for 9 months.

    Over the next 9 months, you'll have the opportunity to lead improvements, uncover insights from data, optimise systems, and deliver meaningful projects, all while bringing your own personality, energy, and ideas to the team.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Create meaningful reports and insights that make a difference.
    • Lead projects that improve how we work and how students experience our services.
    • Help shape and enhance our accommodation systems and processes.
    • Build strong relationships and collaborate with teams across the University.
    • Use data, technology, and problem-solving skills to drive positive change.

    You don't sit back and wait for direction. You're a critical thinker who sees opportunities, takes ownership, and gets things moving. Comfortable working with CRM and database systems, you know how to turn data into stories that drive action and better decisions.

You're confident challenging conventional thinking when needed, bringing fresh perspectives and practical solutions. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, authenticity, and personality to the team.

    • The ability to lead projects, deliver at pace, and get things across the line.
    • Strong influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
