    Te mahi | The Role

    In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the activities of the Operations Hub, which is focused on assisting the Division with functions like facilities management, University-wide maintenance, and custodial services.

    As Operations Hub coordinator you will organise job management, process management and provide guidance to various stakeholders. You will proactively partner with Operations Hub staff, Property and Campus Development staff, finance advisory, and senior management to fully understand the needs of the business unit and support their functions.

    Ideally you will have some previous experience working in an administrative or property management role where high levels of customer service is required.

    You will be the type of person who likes coordinating varied activities and enjoys working in a trade services, real estate, or project management environment.

    Our Property and Campus Development Division is proud to support New Zealand's first university by providing the best facilities, services and physical environment in which staff, students and the general public can learn, teach, live and play.

    From overseeing the design and construction of award-winning buildings, fixing broken light bulbs, booking office space, cutting the grass, and trimming hedges, we are the highly trained team in the Property and Campus Development Division who help keep our University of Otago campuses humming.

    This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin.

    The appointment range is $69,931 to $74,609 per annum. Top of the range is $80,285.
