As a professional staff member at AUT, you’ll help our university thrive by improving services, supporting students and staff and driving practical improvements across our campuses. - Experience in case management delivery and providing wellbeing support
- Ability in developing tactics to support cohorts of students within an integrated pastoral care support framework, with an emphasis on rainbow students and those from diverse backgrounds
- Innovative solutions and a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience in monitoring, analysis and providing reporting for senior leadership
- Proven leadership in the delivery of a high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care
- A commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion and supportive of AUT’s Te Aronui journey.
