    Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

    Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Client Services Analyst to join the Service Desk team which is part of Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions on a permanent, full-time contract.

    The role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and webchat to university staff and students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Service Desk and remote desktop support for faults and service requests.
    • Liaise with other teams, both within and outside of Digital Solutions, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Accurately record all job details in call logging software (Alemba Service Manager), ensuring sufficient details are recorded to ensure any follow up action that may be required is able to be undertaken in an efficient manner.
    • Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and provide solutions for IT problems.
