We are looking for two Timetabling and Enrolment Coordinator to join our Student and Scholarly Services team and help deliver a smooth, supportive and student-focused enrolment experience.
This role offers the chance to work at the heart of the student journey, supporting how classes are timetabled, rooms are allocated, and enrolments are managed across the University. You will work with detailed information and systems, collaborate with colleagues across faculties and service teams, and play an important part in ensuring students can confidently navigate their academic pathway.

These roles are full-time, 37.5 hours per week. one is permanent and the other on a 16-month fixed term contract. The salary range for this role is $63,600 - $79,300 per annum depending one experience and qualifications.

The Timetabling and Enrolment team is part of Student and Scholarly Services and plays a vital role in supporting students at key moments in their academic experience. The team is known for its collaborative, supportive culture and its commitment to delivering accurate, reliable, and student-centred services.

He kōrero mōu | About you
You are organised, detail-focused, and enjoy working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly. You bring experience in administrative coordination and feel comfortable working with systems, data, and multiple priorities.
You will bring:
- Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a large or complex organisation
- Confidence working with databases, systems, or scheduling tools, with strong attention to accuracy
- The ability to manage competing deadlines while remaining calm and solutions-focused
- Clear and friendly communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with others
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality service and supporting positive student experiences
Experience in a tertiary environment, or with timetabling or enrolment processes, is helpful but not essential - training and support will be provided.
