    The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi

    We’re looking for a motivated and conscientious team player to join our Faculty’s programme administration team. In this dynamic and people-focused role, you’ll be a key contact for students and staff, supporting all aspects of the student journey from admission and enrolment through to graduation. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing the student experience through the delivery of effective administration processes and course guidance. Challenges include managing peak enrolment periods, and navigating the complexities of different programmes and regulations to ensure students receive accurate, timely advice.

    This fixed-term, full-time role reports to the Programme Manager – Business Undergraduate, and you’ll be interacting with key teams across AUT to support an inclusive, student-centred journey, with respectful practice that recognises the importance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
