Permanent, full-time opportunityCoordinate clinical administration and systemsSupportive team with excellent staff benefits Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role The Student Health Service is seeking an experienced and highly organised Practice Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy multidisciplinary health service. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll coordinate administrative workflows, manage clinical rosters and appointment scheduling, provide first-line IT support for clinical systems, oversee financial and procurement processes, and support recruitment and onboarding activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring our administrative functions operate efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for students accessing our services.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, supporting colleagues and continuously improving systems and processes. Salary will be in the range of $73,235 to $87,024 per annum based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
