Part time (0.5FTE), fixed term position
The department of Occupational Science and Therapy in the School of Clinical Sciences is seeking a highly motivated, experienced administrator to support the effective operation of the practice education component of learning within the School. The ability to prioritise work, give attention to detail and be highly organised is important. You will need advanced administrative and communication skills, together with a good working knowledge of software packages, primarily Office 365 and especially Excel.

- Formal qualifications as outlined in person specification
- Experience in tertiary institute administration within a university environment
- Administration knowledge or experience of clinical placements within a university environment
- Good working knowledge of software packages, primarily Office 365 and especially Excel
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, to think critically and exercise sound judgement in problem solving
