An exciting opportunity to work within Te Ara ō Hine - Tapu Ora at AUT. AUT is New Zealand's most contemporary university, with a unique profile reflecting our history and innovative approaches to teaching, learning and research. AUT University's School of Clinical Sciences seeks Kaitakawaenga Kahu Pōkai mō Te Ara ō Hine.

He kōrero mōu | About you 

We require an experienced Māori midwife with a current APC.  You will be expected to share your expertise with ākonga Māori, providing a cultural 'wrap around' approach, that facilitates their learning, encourages problem-solving, critical thinking and effective participation within their rōpu through reflective practice in a culturally safe environment. You will also be given the opportunity to provide clinical expertise with curriculum development, interprofessional learning and teaching and professional development. The position is based at AUT South Campus, and the successful candidate will be expected to work on site.

Ngā Utu | Salary: $91,500 - $111,500 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) - pro rata
