Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Administrator to support the Director of Faculty Operations and wider team through the provision of competent and efficient administrative procedures and processes, including diary and meeting management. You will actively support projects, keeping key players informed of deadlines and milestones and ensure project documentation is written and accurate.

You will arrange and coordinate meetings, writing meeting notes and ensuring follow up actions are undertaken. Similarly, you will provide event coordination.  You will need to maintain excellent client relationships and undertake continuous improvement of administrative processes.

You will write documents, correspondence and create spreadsheets as needed for the Director.

Mōu | Who You Are
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of administration experience, preferably in a tertiary environment or a large organisation. You'll be proactive, able to multi-task and can meet deadlines. You will also have the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Being part of the team means you have excellent interpersonal skills and can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

Proven experience in a similar role, strong client service skills, project administration and change management skills would be an advantage.  Along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will be able to work well with different computer programs. Have proficiency in using MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and can demonstrate excellent accuracy, precision and attention to detail.

Competency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga and a commitment to UC's values is an advantage.
