Mō te tūka | The role
Play a key role in keeping our campus running smoothly by coordinating essential soft services.
You'll manage cleaning, security, pest control, waste and recycling, and traffic-related services—ensuring high standards through effective contractor management, service monitoring, and a strong focus on sustainability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Some tasks of the role include:
- Coordinating and monitoring cleaning, security, pest control, and waste/recycling contracts
- Acting as the primary liaison for service contractors, customers, and stakeholders
- Reviewing service agreements, monitoring performance, and driving improvements
- Managing incident reporting, CCTV requests, and compliance documentation
- Supporting sustainability through waste minimisation and recycling initiatives
- Preparing monthly activity and financial reports for the Property Services Manager
Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at our Lincoln Campus. Salary: circa $70,000 per annum depending on experience.

You will have:
- Experience in commercial cleaning, security, or facilities management (client-side preferred)
- Strong coordination and organisational skills with a focus on service delivery
- Ability to engage professionally with contractors and diverse stakeholders
- Basic computer skills and confidence using reporting systems
- A proactive, health & safety-conscious approach to facilities operations
- Physical fitness and flexibility to work after hours when needed
