Campus Care Assistant - Project

Massey University is looking for two reliable and detail-oriented individuals to support a one-off project auditing our campus Key Room database. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in facilities, property management, or a background in security.

About the Role

As a Campus Care Assistant, you’ll work alongside our Estates team to help verify door and key data across the Manawatū campus. Your tasks will include:

• Navigating buildings using detailed floor plans
• Matching door numbers with corresponding barrel numbers
• Accurately record and maintain data related to door and barrel number matching.

You’ll be part of a friendly, professional team focused on improving the integrity of our campus security infrastructure.

About You

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Physically able to walk through large buildings and sites
• Detail-focused, with sharp eyesight and methodical habits
• Comfortable with repetitive but important tasks
• Confident reading floor plans and building layouts
• Independent, reliable, and take pride in doing a job thoroughly

Experience in security, facilities, or property management is an advantage but not essential.
