Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Tuihono UC | UC Online is part of the Future Learning and Development team at the University of Canterbury. We were set up three years ago to grow UC's digital-first course development for programmes and professional development short courses. Since then we've grown quickly, with a dedicated UC Online marketing & enrolment team.
We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to step into a well-established role. You'll help us continue to improve how we connect with prospective learners through CRM automation and learner journey design. We've used CRM since day one and recently moved to Microsoft Dynamics 365 - you'll be building on a strong foundation and supported by a knowledgeable team.
Mōu | Who You Are
You'll bring 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least two years working directly with CRM platforms. You'll be comfortable managing day-to-day automation workflows and keen to take on project work, such as setting up lead scoring and mapping out learner journeys.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Click Dimensions, Adobe Experience Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus. You'll need to be confident working with data and using insights to shape campaigns. Experience in a large or complex organisation will help, as will the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
You'll join a small, focused team and work closely with our digital marketing specialist, content specialist, and supported by the UC Online Marketing & Sales Manager as well as a dedicated digital team. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, takes initiative, and keeps the learner experience in mind. A relevant qualification is helpful, but we're most interested in finding someone who works well with others and gets things done.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
