Senior Marketing Executive

Massey University is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join our high-performing Office of Marketing team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in driving targeted marketing initiatives that support the growth of new student numbers, enhance the student journey, and strengthen Massey’s brand reputation in both domestic and international markets.

Based at our Wellington campus, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing projects and deliver engaging campaigns that align with Massey’s strategic objectives and its commitment to being a Te Tiriti-led university.

The salary band for this role is $68,864 – $97,902 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent practical experience
• At least seven years’ experience delivering integrated marketing projects, preferably in the education sector or within a large, complex organisation
• Strong expertise in crafting engaging messaging and marketing communications across diverse media
• Knowledge of the latest media and marketing approaches including reporting metrics
• Technically apt and CRM experience also a plus
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across cultures, with knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi highly valued
