Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Principal OD Advisor within the Organisational Development team in Pūmanawa Tāngata | People & Capability.
Key responsibilities:
- Solution design, development and delivery, with a diversity, equity and inclusion focus.
- Provide organisational development advice.
- Build and maintain key relationships across the university.
- Lead our current strategic priority, the Anti Racism Programme.
Ō pūmanawa - About you
You will bring professional experience, and an understanding of complex issues related to people and their workplace experience. That experience will help ensure deliverables are smoothly absorbed across our University community and create effective connections across different teams. You will balance passion and drive with pragmatism to balance our deliverables.
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience and or a degree in a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing strategic solutions that positively contribute to the experience of staff.
- Experience of anti-racism, cultural capability embedding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles or using a Te Ao Māori perspective for interventions and outcomes.
