Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Learning Designer to join our Organisational Development team on a six-month fixed-term contract. In this role you will play a key part in delivering eLearning initiatives for our Leadership Hub - a programme designed to strengthen leadership capability across AUT.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and implement engaging, interactive digital learning experiences for leadership development.
- Build staff capabilities with the appropriate use of digital technologies and eLearning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that aligns with AUT's values and learning goals.
Ko wai koe | About you
Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems to affect change in the staff experience.
- Strong proficiency working with Adobe, Articulate and other multimedia platforms.
- Good understanding of learning and teaching principles, ideally in a tertiary education context.
- Intermediate technical expertise with common eLearning technologies.
- A collaborative working style and excellent communication skills.
