The Graduation and Compliance Team are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Graduation and Records Administrator to join us within the Student Services and Administration division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about managing processes, championing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and is eager to contribute to the success of our students by ensuring the efficient management of academic records and graduation processes.

Nga haepapa matua | Key Responsibilities
• Deliver professional service across all aspects of graduation ceremonies, including processing graduation applications, verifying eligibility, and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain and update academic records and student data to ensure accuracy and compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to student inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, academic regulations, and external accreditation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and sensitive information.
Ko wai koe | About you
The successful applicant for this role will have:
• Tertiary qualification relevant to this role or equivalent tertiary experience
• Proven experience in administration, preferably in a higher education or student services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with student management systems is desirable.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $60,902 - $69,403 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
