About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our technology stack's HR/Payroll components, including Snaphire, Technology One, and ServiceNow. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating multiple parties to optimise and automate processes, enabling a mobile and self-service strategy, and dovetailing into growing activity around AI. You will also be key in managing ongoing projects, ensuring seamless delivery while overseeing our business-as-usual system activities. You will have ample opportunities to engage with stakeholders and find solution-oriented approaches to complex challenges - your ability to manage conflicting demands while keeping stakeholders informed will be crucial.

About you | Kōrero mōu

You will have;

• Five years of experience in HRIS management, with experience in Payroll
• Leadership experience
• Familiarity with Technology One and HRSD for ServiceNow will be highly valued
• Experience with integrations, RPA, Agentic AI, and analytics will be advantageous
• Demonstrated project management skills and exposure to human-centred design, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies will also be beneficial
