We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our Disability Support Services team which operates across three campuses.  With every day presenting a different opportunity, you will be ready to hit the ground running while navigating the demands of this dynamic role.  This role provides leadership to our team of Student Advisors, and Disability Support Services, who are dedicated to providing the best level of support and engagement to ensure students' needs are met.

As an experienced people manager, you will have a proven record of building strong teams and leading performance.  Alongside this, you will be experienced in developing relationships with a variety of stakeholders and representing and maintaining the reputation of the organisation, while reflecting a commitment to excellence and vision.  You will be proactive, energetic, and decisive; able to demonstrate professional practice while sharing expertise in an educational and engaging way.  

To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in: 

  • People management and providing leadership in the delivery of high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care
  • Providing specialist knowledge and guidance to a team responsible for delivering front-line disability support
  • Coaching and staff development
  • Collaboration with specialists and stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Providing an innovative and solutions-focused approach to service design. 
  • Managing operations, including resource planning and monitoring, and ensuring service level standards are met while quality is maintained
  • Monitoring, analysis, and reporting for senior leadership
  • Being effective in developing tactics to support cohorts of students with an integrated pastoral care support framework
  • Knowledge and understanding of the contemporary issues and challenges facing students

Salary Range: $91,500 - $111,500 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
