Located in Ōtautahi | Christchurch, Aotearoa | New Zealand

  • Full-time 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
  • Continuing (permanent) position

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

As Portfolio Coordinator you will provide co-ordination and administration support to the University's portfolio function in the Strategy and Planning team. You will draft memos, write reports, and create presentations at the direction of the director or manager.

You will be responsible for managing meetings, agendas, and notes for key internal and external meetings.

Mōu | Who You Are
You should have 1-3 years' coordination/administration experience, preferably in a university planning environment. A relevant Bachelor's Degree (NZQA Level 7) or equivalent is required.

We are looking for someone with familiarity with the Prince2 and MSP methods of managing programmes and projects, with aligned portfolio management.

As the team is a pro-active and highly productive unit, it's important that you thrive working in a busy environment and have plenty of initiative.
