About the Role
This role will be responsible for the development of a suite of NCEA workshops designed in collaboration with partnership schools, to support and uplift attainment of UE across targeted cohorts of students.
In this role you will:
- Lead the development of co-designed NCEA workshops to be delivered across a range of forums
- Develop a communication strategy specifically for Māori and Pacific students, whānau, communities and iwi.
- Collaborate with teams across the BMS division to effectively implement workplans
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally to inform the development of workshops and other strategic initiatives
About You
You will have:
- A sound understanding of the secondary education environment, particularly NCEA is essential.
- Experience working with high school students and understanding of pedagogical practices
- Excellent relationship management skills, with an ability to build meaningful and collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to influence through train the trainer programmes to empower and enable colleagues to assist in delivery of this workflow
