About the role 

You will lead our social media and digital marketing efforts, and the talented individuals who work in this space, to make a significant impact on AUT's online presence. This role is responsible for aligning our social and digital strategies while ensuring seamless integration at every stage of the customer journey. 

You will 

  • Manage AUT social and paid digital platforms
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create and manage content strategy for social media channels, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging 
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve 
  • Develop, manage and implement integrated social and digital advertising initiatives to reach target audiences and increase brand awareness 
  • Track and analyse social media and digital marketing metrics to measure success 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align social media and digital marketing initiatives 
  • Identify conversion opportunities where digital activities would result in growth of student numbers 

Skills and Experience 

  • 5 years proven experience in digital marketing and social media management 
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing tactics 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
