Te Kaupeka Ture | Faculty of Law 

  • Full-time at 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
  • Continuing (permanent) position

What You Will Do
An opportunity has arisen for pro-active Administrative Assistant to work alongside an exceptional team in the Faculty of Law. The Faculty provides a positive challenge for an Administrative Assistant wanting to work in a collaborative, vibrant and progressive environment. You will provide proficient administrative support for the Faculty, engaging in efficient processes and effective practices which will be observed through the productive completion of daily tasks. Coordinating and promoting the Faculty of Law you will ensure all staff, students, visitors, and enquiries are dealt with by providing a courteous point of contact.

Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will have 2-4 years' experience in an administrative support role with a strong customer focus, as well as the following:

  • excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • demonstrated skills in all Microsoft Office applications and experience in Database use. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jade SMS or similar, Outlook Express).
  • ability to maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems.
  • an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise competing demands.
